The COREFX Strength Band set provides a heavy-duty door anchor that can allow you to perform customized workouts that you can do in the comfort of your home! The door anchor allows you to anchor to something other than your body, which can allow for you to change the angle of resistance and drastically increase the number of exercises that you are able to perform!
