enShock generates piezoelectrically focused, high-energy shockwaves that have a healing effect in deeper layers of tissue. ESWT expands blood vessels, stimulates the formation of new ones and promotes circulation — key for supplying tissue with nutrients and for rapid healing of injured or inflamed muscle, tendon and bone.

What is the difference between focused (enShock) and radial (enPuls) shockwave?
enShock produces high-energy, focused shockwaves that act deep in the tissue — ideal for calcifications, heel spurs, tendinopathies and bone-healing problems. The radial enPuls has a shallower penetration depth and is very well suited to muscle tension, making it an ideal follow-up after a focused shockwave session. Many clinics use both.
How quickly do patients feel results?
ESWT is non-invasive and performed on an outpatient basis, with no anaesthesia and no downtime. Patients often notice pain relief after just 1 or 2 treatments, and can return to work or sport straight after therapy.
