    What is covered? All parts defective in material or workmanship.
  • What is not covered? Defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or accident, excess moisture, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification. What will we do? repair or replace any defective parts within the warranty period and pay for return shipping back to you.
  • What we will not do? Pay shipping or transportation charges from you to us.
  • How long does the Battery last?
    The run time of a fully charged Traveler or ProAm is 90-100 minutes
    To charge a fully discharged Traveler or ProAm battery takes 130-150 minutes
