Softshot technology

enPuls 2.0 fires a relatively heavy projectile at a comparatively low impact speed. The energy is carried by the volume of the pulse rather than a sharp amplitude spike — the "softshot" wave.
The slower rise time, roughly 13.5 µs against ~3.5 µs on compressed-air systems, means the wave reaches the tissue without the typical whip-like sensation, so patients tolerate treatment better without a change in clinical dose.
Dose information from existing treatment protocols carries over 1:1 — energy density (mJ/mm²) stays in absolute relation between systems.
